1. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

2. Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website so you can follow your delivery's progress.
3. Delivery Failures and Wrong Addresses
Please ensure all delivery information is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the redelivery costs.

If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team within 7 days.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your items safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us immediately at sheaandglowbutters@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging/items so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Because we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that amendments or cancellations can be made once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
